• You must not be resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a current voluntary exclusion agreement in force.
• You must hold a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control, used for account registration and OTP verification.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the 75bb platform. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which will be verified via a one-time password (OTP) at the time of registration and periodically thereafter for security purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must ensure that all registration information provided to 75bb is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You must notify 75bb promptly if any of your account details change. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• You must keep your password secure and must not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must immediately notify 75bb if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• 75bb will never contact you to request your password. Any message purporting to be from 75bb and requesting login credentials should be treated as a phishing attempt.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

75bb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

75bb may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions which are published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant promotion.

Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 75bb:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific bonus terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75bb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held, and — where 75bb deems it appropriate — reporting to relevant authorities.

• Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one 75bb account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Using software, bots , scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market, or promotional offer.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Knowingly exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds to place bets or claim winnings that would not be available under normal circumstances.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 75bb.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the 75bb platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of 75bb or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the 75bb platform without the express written permission of 75bb. Unauthorised use of 75bb's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75bb, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 75bb platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 75bb specifically disclaims liability for:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond 75bb's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your decision to participate in any game, sports betting market, or promotional offer.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Account Suspension and Termination
